
You have to look at yourself and your actions and evaluate if you are truly giving it your all. Did you justify having that donut because you have been working hard all week? Or what about skipping that workout because you are sneezing a little bit? Throughout my entire career as a fitness coach, I have encountered people like yourself all the time. People who really want to change and create greatness for themselves, but who lack the knowledge and direction on what to do in the weight room and in the kitchen.
